Alexandra, a teacher, is happy with her husband Anton and daughter Masha, she loves her job, her life is marred only by lack of money and the dislike of her mother-in-law. When Anton begins to have problems at work, Alexandra, in order to help her husband, gets a tutor in a rich family. Coming to the next lesson Sasha discovers the body of the mother of her student next to the open empty safe. Frightened by the accusations, the woman runs away, but soon the police come to her house and find the deceased’s jewellery in Sasha’s things…
